Sam's first day of 4's Preschool!

Check out my BIG little man! He is so cute. I can't wait to look back at his school pictures and see how he has grown up. He already looks so much bigger then last year.

Camp out!

Another Camp out at State Farm Park...the only way this momma will camp! And I am not sure it will be happening again either ;) Got NO sleep. But it was fun. We went with my best friend Marla and her son's Josh and Ryan. Ryan's first camping experience...he is 6 months old! He did great!Sam and I in front of our tent. Thanks to Marlas mom Suzanne for the tent, otherwise we would probably never have one. It is usually up in the basement...the kids love it!Sam and Josh in front of our tent..and below in front of the pole we set up camp near!

We have been busy!

We have been doing some painting the last month or so. Now that we started I don't want to stop. I love how paint just makes everything look so much better!
I decided to wait to paint Katelyn's room until she gets her big girl bed and we decide what to do with her bedding. So we added some polka dots for the time being!

Painted Sam's room Blue with red bedspread and curtains.

Painted our room gray with new green bedspread and curtains. Wish we had black furniture instead but we are not about to go out and buy new.

Love my orange wall. Want to paint more of the kitchen the same color but the floor and cabinets, and countertop are dark. Might paint one more wall and see how it looks. I just LOVE this orange!

Just painted our bathroom blue. It looks a little different in the picture but it is pretty bright. We needed it b/c it was a pretty dark room. Added some dark brown. Going to hang a white cabinet behind the toilet and need some artwork.

Our Masterbath is next!!

Sam is such a sweet big brother. He helped with katelyn the other morning. We are trying with the potty. He was reading her...No more diapers for ducky. A couple days ago she went to the potty and went all by herself!!!

She is getting so big. Almost 2 years old.

Yes, I am already letting them put this up and it is only the second week of Sept. ;)

Discovery Museum

We had so much fun. Wish we could go there more often. Once katelyn is 2 it will cost $18 for the 3 of us to go. Think that is a little crazy.

Katelyns first painting experience! She loved it. I remember Sam doing the same thing around the same age. Time sure flies.

LOVE this picture. They are so cute if I do say so myself.

There was a train outside. They both cover their ears whenever there is something loud. They HATE blowers in the public bathrooms.

Trip to Kansas

We went to KS in early August to see Mikes Grandparents...Grandpa Bob and Grandma Rosie. Aren't they cute. We wanted to see Grandpa Bob before some surgery he had a couple weeks ago.
